Our History
The company was established in 2024, with headquarters in Hamar, Norway. We build on solid experience in climate-related solutions, industrial development, and project financing. The management team has over 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles within international business, green project development, and market establishment. We are working to develop transparent and reliable infrastructure for the climate economy, connecting businesses, investors, and project developers through solutions for carbon markets, climate projects, and digital product traceability.

Through technology, structured data, and robust market mechanisms, we work to make climate action more traceable, verifiable, and accessible. Sindre Skåret
Partner and CEO
Sindre has a bachelor's degree in environmental studies from Canada and an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has extensive international experience in the consulting industry and has worked for several years in strategy, business development, and the establishment of new companies. As a serial entrepreneur, he has been involved in building businesses in both Europe and Asia, with a particular focus on sustainable business models and the development of green projects. Sindre has solid expertise in sustainability, climate-related markets, and the development of solutions that contribute to increased transparency and traceability in the emerging climate economy.
Gjermund E. Wæhre
Partner, COO and CTO
Gjermund has nearly 40 years of experience in administration and IT, and throughout his career, he has been involved in a number of startups and joint venture projects. He has developed a solid understanding of business operations, partnership models, and operational development.
Gjermund works closely with companies and partners to identify practical solutions and establish collaboration models that support the development of climate projects, carbon markets, and the Digital Product Passport.

Each Carbon Credit we issue is:
- Verified and permanently canceled upon use, ensuring a clear and documentable climate effect
- Traceableto a certified Carbon project ID and registry
- Permanent, so that the Carbon Credits cannot be resold or used twice
- In accordance with CSRD, ISO 14064, and the GHG Protocol's documentation and reporting requirements
